Each sleeping spot can be its own listing — or the whole room can rent as one. Availability never double-books: booking the room blocks both bunks and vice-versa.
This is also where the listing page's three amenity scopes come from: in your space = the unit's space, in the house = property amenities, in the area = neighborhood data. The guest calendar, the host's by-unit timeline, and search filters all read this same tree.
